We need volunteers to assist with setup, running, and takedown of Medieval Fair. We couldn't make Fair happen without all of our amazing volunteers!

Have you ever wanted to be part of the magic that helps bring Medieval Fair to life (no costume required)? We need volunteers to help with setup, and in the site office, and with various tasks around the Fair. This year's Medieval Fair is April 4th through 6th. Volunteers are needed for set up, Medieval Fair, and take down! During set up check in is at the parking on the south side of the castle playground near the Veteran's Memorial and during Fair it is at the Site Office (Wooden building) near the center of the Park across from the old flagpole.

We have a "vendors needing workers and workers needing work" list. If you would like to be added to this listing email the Medieval Fair Department at medievalfair@ou.edu with a description of your need or your skill and your contact information. You will be added to an email list to receive the list as it is updated. This is only a service to connect vendors to employees. The Medieval Fair is not responsible or liable for any issues between employee and employer.
