VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Set up 4/2-4/9, Fair 4/10-4/12, Put away 4/12-4/13
Have you ever wanted to be part of the magic that helps bring Medieval Fair to life (no costume required)? We need volunteers to help with setup, and in the site office, and with various tasks around the Fair. This year's Medieval Fair is April 4th through 6th. Volunteers are needed for set up, Medieval Fair, and take down! During set up check in is at the parking on the south side of the castle playground near the Veteran's Memorial and during Fair it is at the Site Office (Wooden building) near the center of the Park across from the old flagpole.
Layout & Setup
Help us mark the grounds, build the buildings, hoist the banners, arrange tables, chairs and straw bales, all the things to build the Fair.
Volunteer Support
Check in at Site Office at center of Park to find out where we need your help. Suggested: hat, sunscreen, weather appropriate work clothes, work gloves. Handing out programs, assisting at stages, moving chairs or straw bales, checking in vendors, helping at the t-shirt castle, guarding the wishing well, limitless possibilities!
Take Down Crew
Help put Medieval Fair away. Meet at the old flagpole near center of Park. Assist with folding/stacking/loading chairs, dismantling Fair structures. Wear weather/work appropriate clothing, old jeans, long sleeves, gloves, flashlights.

We have a "vendors needing workers and workers needing work" list. If you would like to be added to this listing email the Medieval Fair Department at medievalfair@ou.edu with a description of your need or your skill and your contact information. You will be added to an email list to receive the list as it is updated. This is only a service to connect vendors to employees. The Medieval Fair is not responsible or liable for any issues between employee and employer.
