Volunteer!

We couldn't make Fair happen without all of our amazing volunteers!  

Our first Volunteer Meeting/Workshop Date is set for Saturday, February 6, 2027, 1:00 pm.

We will post a reminder with location details here and on our social media closer to the meeting date.

Before the Fair we need help with: Making and repairing props * Creating décor * Painting wayfinding signs * Distributing flyers and posters * Administrative tasks and paperwork * Social media support * Preparing vendor and performer packets * And much more !

At the Fair we need help with setup, running the site office, stage managers, various tasks around the Fair, and take down.

Closer to Fair we will post a 2027 Medieval Fair Volunteer Sign Up Link to sign up for shifts at the Medieval Fair.

Work/Workers Wanted

We have a "vendors needing workers and workers needing work" list. If you would like to be added to this listing email the Medieval Fair Department at medievalfair@ou.edu with a description of your need or your skill and your contact information. You will be added to an email list to receive the list as it is updated.  This is only a service to connect vendors to employees.  The Medieval Fair is not responsible or liable for any issues between employee and employer.
